Ellis Early Learning is proud to introduce the Ellis Family Child Care (FCC) Network—a thoughtful expansion of our mission to serve Boston’s families by partnering with exceptional, licensed in-home educators.

​

We are currently partnering with high-quality Family Child Care homes across Boston to offer families more access to early education in nurturing, home-based settings. These small, personalized environments provide a warm and developmentally rich experience for young children—backed by the resources, expertise, and values of Ellis Early Learning.

What Families Can Expect

Each Educator in the Ellis FCC Network is:

  • Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care

  • Selected for their deep experience, warm care, and commitment to child development

  • Supported by a team of Ellis experts in wellness, curriculum, and family support

As part of the Ellis Network, these family child care homes are equipped with:

  • Expert coaching and early learning supports
    Our educators receive regular coaching and training, ensuring your child is learning in a high-quality, developmentally appropriate environment.

  • Early Relational Health and behavior support
    Our specialists offer strategies to support children’s emotional development and well-being, including tools for positive behavior guidance.

  • Access to enriching materials and curriculum ideas
    Network educators are given creative tools and resources to build joyful, engaging learning experiences at every age.

  • Strong family partnerships
    Ellis values open communication and works closely with families and educators to ensure each child’s success and sense of belonging.    ​
